MailCo USA, based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, was founded in 1988 by Kathy Ferguson with her father, Robert C. Susong, the previous Postmaster of Fayetteville, Arkansas, with a vision to provide efficient and reliable mail services to businesses and individuals. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, becoming a trusted name in the industry and the country.

MailCo USA of Fayetteville was presented the 2023 Outstanding Corporate Partner, Up to 50 Employees, Award by nonprofit Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) on Oct. 10 at The Lunch Break, a new event in Little Rock supporting single parent students across the state.
Giving Back
Over the years we’ve donated over a million dollars to such organizations as Theatre Squared, Walton Arts Center, Good Samaritan Clinic, Washington Regional Foundation, Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund, Hope Cancer Resources and so many more.
Northwest Arkansas is a giving community and we wanted to be part of that. We work closely with many non-profits so we not only get to see close up the needs they have, but also how our donations help.

We presented MailCo with a big challenge. We sent them a mail piece oversized and floppy with incorrect placement of the return address and indicia going to more than 5000 recipients. We needed it fixed and mailed as soon as possible as it was very time sensitive.
