MailCo USA wins 2023 Outstanding Corporate Partner Award from Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund

MailCo USA of Fayetteville was presented the 2023 Outstanding Corporate Partner, Up to 50 Employees, Award by nonprofit Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) on Oct. 10 at The Lunch Break, a new event in Little Rock supporting single parent students across the state.

The Outstanding Corporate Partner Award honors the mailing services company for its commitment to single parent success through generous financial support and partnership with ASPSF. MailCo was nominated by ASPSF Donor Relations Manager Paige Mahoney and ASPSF Communications Director Jen Para.
“MailCo has printed and mailed thousands of letters, invitations, and postcards across the state for ASPSF,” Para said. “And when owner Kathy Ferguson heard about ASPSF’s new quarterly newsletter, The Honor Role, she volunteered to sponsor the summer edition.”

Both Mahoney and Para described MailCo’s outstanding customer service. For example, during the intense heat wave of this summer, a stack of ASPSF annual reports got stuck together thanks to the humidity and a paperclip. They were damaged and unusable, but MailCo swiftly reprinted the reports. When Mahoney inquired about the fee, she was relieved and grateful to hear Ferguson reprinted free of charge, “We all have a whoops moment here and there.”
ASPSF staff and volunteers nominated businesses, schools, individuals, and organizations for a total of seven awards recognizing extraordinary generosity and support for single parents across Arkansas. In addition to MailCo, winners also included:

The Oct. 10 event honoring the seven awardees was hosted at City Center to raise funds for single parent scholarships and services. Thanks to generous partners like MailCo, more low-income single parents have access to higher education and a supportive community to help them earn a degree leading to a career that brings their family out of poverty.
