MailCo USA was founded in 1987 on the principles of honesty, efficiency, and reliability. Bob Susong, founder, began his mailing career in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and was rapidly promoted to postmaster for the city of Stillwater, OK. Susong relocated to Fayetteville in 1978 to serve as postmaster for this growing city. He retired from the post office in 1987 to open MailCo USA. At this time, MailCo USA had only three employees working out of a small rental building on Township Street in Fayetteville. We soon became known for our outstanding customer service and, our low-cost mailing and business services. The community’s banks, churches, and schools all began to enjoy the benefits of stress-free, cost-effective mailing.

As our workload increased it became necessary to update our facilities. In 1994 we began construction on a new company-owned building located on Fayetteville’s Drake Street. We also continued to increase our close ties with area USPS, expand our customer base, update our equipment, and add staff.

MailCo USA began constructing its new state-of-the-art facility in May of 2006. At three times the size of the building on Drake Street, our current location now employees over 30 people. With this constant growth, however, one thing has remained constant - our principles of honesty, efficiency, and service. Many of our customers and staff have been with us for over fifteen years. Our reliability and consistency is unmatched in the business world. Here at MailCo USA, we hope to continue our service to you and the rest of the Northwest Arkansas community for many more years to come!
