My duties here at MailCo USA combine the areas of sales, customer service, IT, and business and technical consulting. In the ever-changing, demanding business and mailing world, my primary position is making the customers' needs and wants appear in their final product.  Before coming to MailCo USA, I worked for many years as a service technician for Pitney Bowes thereby bringing with me an extensive knowledge of mailing equipment. Operations Manager

I have been with MailCo USA since the first year of its inception. I began as a part time employee while obtaining my degree from the University of Arkansas. Since then I have filled many rolls within the company, and for the past 10 years as operations manager. My main responsibility is to oversee all operational aspects of the company. I hold various postal and mailing certifications and have excellent relationships with area post offices and employees. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching children's sports and golfing. I have just recently joined the Mail Co Team, after seperating from the US Navy after 5 years onboard the USS Saipan to finish 4 year degree in Computer Science. My IT background includes database management, system administration, and web design. Here at Mail Co I ensure the security and transition of your data for processing as well daily maintaince and backups of our local systems. Having grown up with a father that was employed by the United States Postal Service until his retirement, mail and mailing services is a natural fit for me. My company strives to provide excellent, timely service while assisting the USPS with mail preparation and processing. We handle customers from the largest retail company in the world, to the local church down the street. Honesty and integrity are the key ingredients to our success.
