I have been with MailCo USA, on a full time basis, since 2008. Prior to this I worked in Customer and Provider Relations for over 17 years. My duties include updating and monitoring customer accounts, looking into customer billing inquiries, preparing and sending invoices and issuing monthly account statements. My goal is to provide our customers with accurate and timely billing, as well as, developing a professional relationship with each of you that includes a personal touch.
